first for a RMA. (return material authorization) number.
All goods must be in the
original boxes , packed as shipped to you. Hold on to the boxes folks !
If any product you purchase from
41North is defective within 30 days we will exchange it. We request
that you return the defective item to us postage paid, and we will then ship
a replacement to you at no cost. After 30 days the manufacturers warranty
applies so please contact the factory for instructions.
You may return any new and unused item to
us for any reason within the first 30 days and receive a refund of the price
less shipping. We cannot accept used items for credit or refund. Special
orders ,electronic charts, opened computer software or datacards are not
returnable.
